Cynthia Bee & Courtney Brown

Cynthia Bee:
Cynthia leads the drawing sections of this course and teaches you how to take the information you've learned and apply it to your own design. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture from Utah State University and has spent more than a decade teaching everyday homeowners how to design their landscapes. Most recently, Cynthia represented the Localscapes Team at TEDxSaltLakeCity2019 where she condensed the entire Localscapes message into a powerful 10 minute talk.

Courtney Brown:
Courtney has been involved at multiple levels in the landscape industry. He spent the first part of his career as a landscape construction foreman and has extensive experience with the correct installation of residential landscapes in challenging climates. He now serves as the Conservation Programs Manager for the Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District where he manages sustainability initiatives for both residential and commercial projects. Courtney holds a Master's Degree in Recreation Management from Brigham Young University.
